Eva Marie Queso Dip

This here, this right here is AHmazin'! Taste so much like the real deal it's crazy because it's completely dairy free & raw! Ok, so maybe it's been a few years since I've had cheese dip, but this tastes so euphoric I guarantee you'll quickly become obsessed. 

 

Eva Marie Queso
Makes 1.5 cups
1 cup soaked raw cashews
1 cup veggie broth (can be store bought or use your own)
Blend till smooth in a Nutribullet using X blade or other blender you have that can allow nuts to become smooth.
Add 5 mini red sweet bell peppers or 1 regular red sweet bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped scallions (just the white green parts, not the husky green parts)
1 tbsp Eva Marie
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
sea salt to taste
Blend till everything is mixed.
If you want spicier feel free to add chili pepper but Eva Marie tends to bring the heat! 
At the end mix in a dash of fresh lemon juice to bring out the flavors.
Store in fridge.
I personally think halved little sweet bell peppers make the perfect scoop for this dip. :)
