CACAO ALMOND OLIVE FLATBREAD

Summer time can be difficult to eat in a routine, especially on the weekends.  To satisfy summer time grazing, I love having grab and go foods on hand to save me from bad eating temptations. This flatbread is great because it's easy to make, you can store in the freezer for all summer long, it's nutrient rich, and it's versatile serving all your summer eating behaviors. 
You can just pick on this flatbread and eat on its on, enjoy with a dip, make into a sandwich, or make into croutons! 
It only has three ingredients all of which are powerful mind foods boosting that cognitive function!  Something we can definitely use to help offset the summer antics! 
Slightly ambitious....A very tall sandwich: cacao almond olive flatbread, guac, roasted bell pepper, zucchini strips, tomato
AVOCADO TOAST: cacao almond olive flatbread, guac, roasted bell pepper, zucchini strips, parsley

CHEESE TOAST: cacao almond olive flatbread, cashew cheese, strawberry chia jelly, mint
