Fig Olive Hummus Pasta

 Take the same hummus and pasta used to design the Red Bell Hummus Pasta and reinvente it with a simple addition of almond milk and a switch up of toppings! 

We eat with our eyes first, and if you can make a dish look mostly different with still a lot of the same ingredients as the day before, you won't be bored! 

I admit this does take some creativity and somewhat an understanding of ingredients' nutrient make up, but usually if you go by eye, you will always design a winning dish!

This is a truly beautifying dish as it contains olives and fig! Olives are lubricating, cleansing and rejuvenating! Figs seeds help draw out and dissolve aging waste! (source: Eating for Beauty by David Wolfe)

Fig Olive Hummus Pasta

Ingredients: (1 serving)

Hummus, 2 heaping Tbsp 

Homemade almond milk, 1/4 cup

POW Pasta, 1 serving cooked

Spinach

Carmalized Onion

Olives, a few, halved

Dehydrated Fig, 1

Walnuts, crumbled, a few

Instructions:

1. In a pan over medium heat (you are mainly reheating), add almond milk and hummus. Stir to combine. Let it cook a few minutes to thicken.

2. Add pasta to coat. 

3. Add spinach just till it wilts.

4. Remove from heat. Top with remaining ingredients.
