This chia pudding contains a triple threat of cleansing agents.
Activated charcoal traps toxins and flushes them out of the body. Toxins cause oxidative damage, so by getting rid of these dbags we can have improved energy, mental clarity, reduced joint pain, and better looking skin. Overall we age better!
Chia seeds are a complete protein and they help retain water and electrolytes due to their absorption ability. They also help remove toxins because they are full of soluble and insoluble fiber.
Spirulina also removes toxins from the body.
By adding a mango creme to the chia pudding. I was able to bring some natural sweetness which it needed to have in order for it to be palpable. Plus mangos are full of antioxidants and coconut has healthy fats which makes this dish more satisfying.
This is simple to make, but it is an overnighter.
Cleansing Cosmic Chia Pudding Mango Creme Parfait, 2 servings
Mango, 1, peeled and chopped into chunks.
Coconut Creme, from 1 can of coconut milk. Use half of creme. (Place can of coconut milk in fridge overnight. A part of it will solidify, it should be on top. Looks like creme. Scoop out with a spoon and place in blender. Save the coconut water for the chia pudding.)
1. In a high speed blender, blend mango chunks and coconut creme until smooth.
Cosmic Chia Pudding
