Mexican cuisine is some of my fav to prepare because it's so beautiful in such an effortless, non pretentious way. No fancy ass technique or ingredient needed. Just simple ingredients combined together in a way to create fun, colorful delicious dishes that also happen to be very nutrient rich!
This pizza has a lot going on, but you don't have to make into a pizza to enjoy. Eat as a big salad or just pick a few of the side dishes to enjoy as dips with a bag of organic tortilla chips!
