Pb & Strawberry Chia Jelly Sweet Potato Yuca Sandwich
Store-bought jelly does contain fruit, I'm sure Braswell's has the most ;), but they also contain tons of sugar and preservatives. A homemade chia jelly takes minutes to make and is full of fit and anti aging benefits.
Chia seeds, as well as strawberries, are high in antioxidants which help fight off aging free radicals. They are also full of body toning fiber and protein, and bone strengthening calcium. They have this unique ability to absorb 10x its own weight in water which helps keep us hydrated, probably one of the reasons they help enhance sports performance. Definitely a must have in the diet and using chia to make jelly is one of the simplest and tastiest ways to enjoy.
There are chia jellies in the stores now but they contain nasty sugar and usually some other bad guys. Just bust a move and make your own.
