Mint Watermelon Cucumber Salad

Man is it HOT in Maryland!  I kinda love it because I love the feeling of detoxing via sweating all day long but what I don't like is it zapping my energy if I'm not properly hydrated.  Being on the go I find it so hard to be able to drink the water needed to adequately hydrate from this heat and my exercise, so I've been designing my diet to include more hydrating foods.
Watermelon and cucumbers are two of the top water concentrated foods.  Watermelon is 92% water and cucumbers are 95%!!!
This salad includes both and is tasty as all get out!  Enjoying a salad like this will be easier for you to intake water rather than just drinking tasteless regular water.  Plus the salad has salt which is also important to have in our diet to keep hydrated.  With only a handful of ingredients this is the salad you need to be eating now!  I couldn't stop eating it!  Plus....it's so pretty!!!  
I ended up adding more mint than this picture.  I didn't realize how good it would taste!
