Pad Thai Salmon Burger

Since adding wild caught salmon back in my diet last year, I've experienced several different ways of cooking with it before I finally had the confidence to make some burgers.  It involves filleting, which takes a little bit of finesse and what was holding me back.  I still need more practice, but overall I was able to detach most of the meat from the skin.  Once I did the filleting the burgers came together fairly easy and they stayed together!
I made 3 different types of salmon burgers.  This is the first one I'm sharing which I gave an Asian vibe.  Tomorrow I will share my Mediterranean "fried" version!
